The law Firm takes on judicial and out of court restructuring of debt of individuals by entering them under the Law 3869/2010 for over-debt households. In 2012 he pioneered in suspending an auction of the main house of a debtor, for a time period of four years, and with a debt of over 250.000 €, where he withheld the auction, in combination with the provisions of the law 3869/2010 (Katseli’s Law). Legal services are provided for the protection of the main house from enforcement (auctions). The legal request for accession to the Law for over-debt individuals is addressed to the City’s Court of the city where the property is or the City’s Court where the individual resides.
